Verizon informed me that if "Robert B. Our Co. Inc. had notified them when the incident occurred they would have corrected it immediatly!
Dispite numerous phone calls & letters to Robert B. Our Co. Inc., I DID NOT receive a reply & was totally ignored! After an extended period of time I had to call Verizon myself to have the damaged & drooping Verizon wires corrected.
Where to purchase a few items from their parts Department it's great to see that you can get items for heavy equipment without going off cape

We had an emergency need for a septic pumping on a Friday night. Called one service and, after waiting for over an hour for a call back, we were told to call Robert Our. Robert Our returned our call right away and promised to be at the house in 40 minutes. Regis showed up on time, was pleasant and knowledgeable, and in good spirits in spite of having to work in the dark. Couldn't be more pleased with the service we got. We're going on a reminder list for our next pumping with Robert Our!
Installed water pipes on my street. Their inexperienced & careless employees knocked down the Verizon lines to my home with their heavy equipment. They DID NOT notify Verizon of the damage they caused & tied the downed Verizon wires to the Comcast wires above. The wires were NOT rehung correctly, They were astheticly unsightly & drooping through the trees on my property.
