To conclude, I've had similar experiences in the past where salespeople have advised when sales are set to begin or have given me sale prices for items due to start shortly in advance, so this left me a little annoyed to say the least and although the saleman that sold me the item was under no direct obligation to inform me of when the sale was to begin, it is a poor business practice in my opinion, especially since the sale began the next day. Therefore, do your due dilligence when shopping here.
Good selection of products and mainly made in the US. One word of caution however, I was less than pleased with one of the salesman at the Harwich store. There were two wooden decorative light houses which were on display and the one that was my preference had some damage after it had clearly fallen over outside, but I figured it could be touched-up and asked the salesperson if there was any flexibility on price. He replied, "Sure, I can take 20% off" and so I bought it.
Amazing selection of indoor and outdoor products at great prices. Most of what they have is made right here on cape cod.
Fortunately the salesman Clint, who was not the salesman from the previous day and who I will not name, refunded the difference after I produced my receipt which was the correct thing do do obviously.
Nice unfinished and finished furniture, home accents and crafts. They have a nice line of custom built sheds.
Excellent Adirondack chairs, picnic tables and everything you need for outdoor fun this summer. The sheds are awesome!
The very NEXT day I went back to buy a chair for our deck, and to my complete SHOCK the second identical albeit different color light house, which had been priced the same was now on sale for 40% off and $100 cheaper!
