I liked Dr. Walkley however my experience with this dental establishment turned sour.
From making appointments and even having a conversation on the phone is complete and utter havoc.They tend to argue with me over the tele and literally insult my intelligence, which is pure bollocks.

This Office is AMAZING! I have had some serious dental issues with TMJ etc and have been interacting with this office for a year now- pretty much every two weeks or so. I was in horrible pain the first day I was there- that was relieved very quickly- not with just pain medication but with actual treatment- as they take an holistic approach to each patient. Certainly if medication is indicated- it will be prescribed immediately- they have done both for me depending on the situation- First and foremost - I am a nurse, and pay particular attention to how staff treats patients in need- from the very first visit I had- I have had nothing but positive experiences. Each member of the staff has been so kind, professional and literally has gone out of their way to provide the Best Service one could ever hope to have. Since I have needed treatment frequency throughout the year to heal my jaw and other issues- I have also had the opportunity to see how they interact with other patients at the front desk - They are consistently professional and kind each and every time I am there to others I hear at the front desk ... That is rare in any office. I had the great fortune of being referred to Dr Weiler - initially just as a consult- now I couldn't see myself going anywhere else for my dental care. He has literally changed my life - before seeing him - I had seen other dentists for years- and still was in considerable discomfort- Dr Weiler , along with his 2 assistants Jean and Cheryl have skillfully treated my issues with excellent results- The office is spotless - equipment is state-of-the-art, the atmosphere is friendly, personable and relaxing. Lets face it, that's almost an impossible combination for a dental office?! If you have any dental needs whatsoever- I personally can attest to the fact - you will be in great hands - give them a call ( and btw, your call during business hours will be answered every time with a real person, in a friendly manner- not a machine )
I've chosen to find another dentist and move on due to there abrasive, unprofessional staff.
I completely understand with the above review, the dentists are actually quite good.The office staff is something of a nightmare, there like a bunch of hens in a henhouse.

I had a great experience at this dental practice. Dr. Gibbons, in particular, is professional and personable. The office itself is pleasant and up to date. I also had no trouble getting appointments. The office staff were courteous and also professional. I will definitely continue as a patient here.
Waiting time is minimal- yet patients are Never rushed through- they address every issue from the time you enter the office til you are all finished... I assure you - you will leave with a smile every time. IF Google had a 10 star rating - that's what I would give it- but 5 is the highest I can go :)
I refused,therefore they refused to keep me as a patient.
Another problem was getting appointments.I had to wait months in advance in order to see a dentist or get my teeth cleaned.
