Dr. Costa is the best of the best.
The clinicians and work they do are exceptional. The problem lies with the front office, which is a bureaucratic nightmare. Silly, inefficient system of scheduling can take months of contradictory direction to get a simple appointment. This clinic could be an incredible asset to the community if not for the poor performance of the administration.
Ive had overall a great experience going to this Dental School. to get appts takes longer than i care for. The options for me are few to none. Disabled with Crohns and barely the cash to afford that leaves little to none for anything else. For the cost cant be beat unless i was working full time with a great benefit package. That hasn't been seen for over 25 years. And not seen dentist for 15 years due to lack of cash and other Drs come first. And course teeth isues run hand in hand with auto immune diseases like Crohns. Im very fortunate to have hard teeth as well when i staybin bed for 2-3-4-5 days in a row i rarely brush teeth. Only had 4-5 cavities is amazing to me. I also use all natural tooth paste called DIRT its made withe bentonite clay and essential oils no Fluoride, Aluminium, or anti freeze all used in many types of toothpaste. All are brutal poison and how they get away with mercury fillings is insane. Clearly a reasons for cancer as they leach into our blood at all times. and most all of us have them. If i wasn't disabled id go to a BIO Dentist as they are the onerls who remove bad fillings and also remove all the dead bone from a root canal where most dentist just cover over the rot And put new tooth over it.. that can and does leat to far worse issues further down the road.
Ultra professional staff at this gem of a clinic right in my back yard. Wish I found it sooner.
