Love this local Verizon retail shop. Much better experience than the factory store in Hyannis, where I had to wait for 20 minutes before anyone assisted me. Ken, the manager has the perfect attitude when dealing with customers. He's knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. Great experience and would recommend highly.
Love this location. Especially since I work at Stop and Shop across the street and they offer a 20% discount on accessories. The guy that I talked to was very friendly and helped me out a lot. Will be going back.
