I have worked with Kim, the owner, for over 10 years. She is honest, trustworthy, and always advocates for her clients. Throughout each transaction, she has caught things that would have cost us down the road, had we not had her tutelage. I can't say enough good things about this company.
The owner was not forthcoming about important facts. She had promised a reduction in rates if she was both the buyer and seller agent. she did not reduce the rate like promised. she did not respond to emails regarding this matter. I was told that I did not understand the cost of listing a home. I would never recommend her to anyone I know. I feel like she ripped off my elderly mother.
