The bikes were good and the staff friendly. The owner and I didn't see we to eye on a $25 refund. It was sad that customer service was lacking considering that the location was so convenient. Hopefully they will look for other ways to improve customer service.

We had an amazing experience with them. They went out of their way to help us get kid seats for the bikes and have very reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly and location perfect to hop on the trails. I would definitely recommend using them.
It is right there on the trail. Renting was fast, easy. we were out riding less than 5 minutes after we walked in. Bikes are in good condition, they gave us helmets and a lock. Prices are great and staff very helpful, gave us brief suggestions about what to look for in the bike trail, and where the best sections were.
