This establishment has employees that will go above and beyond for their customers. Although they understand some problems cannot be fixed, they do what they can to fix mistakes. Wonderful business where quality is definitely held in higher regard than quantity. Crystal is by far the sweetest customer service representative I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I washed my Carhart jacket for the first time and got a lot of lint stuck in the liner. Jiffy said they could de pill it but when I picked it up most of the lint was still there along with 5 HOLES IN THE LINER!!!!! When I complained they a said I must have moths in my closet!!!! This jacket was in new condition when I brought it to jiffy, they ruined it and blamed me. DONT GO THERE!
