This is my go to store. The staff is great and the prices are very competitive. The paint department is great. I am an electrical contractor and a Harwich resident it's great to have a store like this.

The staff at Harwich Paint and Decorating are amazing. We had inadvertently locked ourselves out of a room and couldn't release the lock.
The staff responded to our problem immediately and came up with a range of options for us. Because the store was closing, we were worried that if we were not be able to fix it ourselves as they had demonstrated, we would have to wait until the next day to get in the room. Rob then ofered to follow us home and released the lock in under one minute. He refused any gratuity and was completely competent, friendly and helpful/
