The owner is a nutcase. We were going to order a $200 flower bouquet for a deceased friend. All I asked was for a picture to show my grandmother what bouquet she bought.

I placed an order with the wrong delivery date. I called White Flowers the day the flowers should have been delivered to see if they could correct MY mistake (with only hour to get it right)...they did deliver and I am truly very appreciative of the kind service. Without hesitation they took care of their customer...graciously. The flowers were delivered, on time, and were beautiful. A business worth frequenting. I highly recommend them to all!

Owner very nasty. I am so disappointed in this order I placed for my director for one of his regional managers. I work for a company with over 80,000 employees worldwide and when my director wanted to send flowers to his region manager's wife for her birthday while on vacation. I found this flower place near their vacation home. I ordered the flowers and truth be told, never sure if they received them or liked them, because a thank you wasn't even mentioned. Which probably means even if they were received, they weren't not pleased. Anyways, followed up with owner regarding a receipt for the company, she the owner (Amy) got really testy and hung up on me, said receipt would come. I didn't receive it and followed up again the next day, same thing, was not very nice at all about it, told me she had no fax machine, took it to someone and it would be faxed. We had to receive it to close our year end expenses. Didn't receive it. Call the next day, this is now Wednesday, she was again very nasty. I told her if the company didn't receive receipt, they would stop payment. She told me she didn't know what to tell me. Didn't understand what the "goddamn" (yes she said that) deal was about a stupid ___$ order and she would see if person could fax and hung up on me again. But I received the fax receipt a couple of seconds ago; however, I was so peeved about her attitude and lack of professionalism, I thought I should warn others. Do business with Amy at your own risk.

This women went ballistic, telling us she can't take pictures and you got to trust her.

One Saturday in March I called from New Mexico looking for a florist on the Cape to deliver a last minute get well basket to my mom. The first florist I called was closed, the second one, Lady Brett's, first said they could accommodate me and then changed their mind unless I spent a minimum of $50, (including a $10 delivery charge even though they were about a mile from my mom's house), then I called Amy White's. Amy offered me something starting at $25 with only an extra $5 bucks for delivery, then when I said I could spend a little more, up to $40, she offered a nice basket arrangement. Less than two hours later, my mom called me to thank me for the lovely flowers. She said the arrangement was beautiful, and included a little decorative bird. Thank you, Amy, for coming through on short notice and delivering a beautiful product and fantastic customer service. I will definitely remember that the next time I need flowers on the Cape. Oh, and, when I said I could spend up to $40, she could have billed me that exact amount. Instead, I was charged just $36 and change. In my experience, you can trust and count on Amy White. Thank you, again, Amy.

Yesterday late morining I called White Flowers and requested a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my sister and her husband in Harwich Port. I wanted pastel color tullips in a glass vase. They were delivered that same afternoon by the owner (this was not FTD delivery) and my sister was thrilled with the arrangement, said that the flowers were absolutely gorgeous and that they came in a beautiful, glass vase. I was so glad to hear that since I have had so many bad experiances when using FTD from long distance unknown florists. This was a local florist and the flowers were delivered by the owner. You can not ask for a more personal attention than that. I will recommend this florist to all my family and friends. Great Job!
