JC Auto Sales of Harwich has been a family owned and run business for the past four and a half years, there is absolutely nothing illegal going on. We have an "A" rating with the better business bureau, and have sold over 600 vehicles.
I believe this is a store front in order to assist other illegal dealerships with the ability to sell and purchase vehicles.
I bought a 2004 Chevy Trailblazer from J C Auto Sales in 2012. It was clean and a very nice looking vehicle. Took it for a test drive and it drove very nice and everything was working properly, even the 4 wheel drive. I paid the asking price and got a 30 day warranty after purchasing the vehicle. The vehicle ran very well until the transmission went on the 22nd day after purchase. There really is no way to tell when a transmission will go and I did not suspect any fowl play by the dealership. I contacted Jess and she promptly took care of the problem and within 4 days had my car back with a newly rebuilt tranny. My son has the car now in college in New Hampshire and he is very pleased with the vehicle. It has performed very well in the rain and snow and is still a great looking vehicle, both inside and out. My experience with J C Auto is a very positive one. I went in to buy a good reliable vehicle and bought one. When the tranny problem occurred, Jess remedied the situation without stress or conflict. And my son has a very reliable vehicle that will last for years to come. I would definitely do business with her and J C Auto Sales again without hesitation....
